All our products are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the biz to ensure a great end product.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-7 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. Our warehouse is based in the state of Ohio, United States and ships Monday through Friday.

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

How do you ship and what is the price?

Shipping is FREE with any order over $80and one flat fee of $4.95 for standard/ground shipping in the USA for anything under $80(order total). For international shipping rates, proceed to checkout to see the prices prior to placing your order.


We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $80 within the United States. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic UPSMI shipping takes 5-8 business days for delivery on domestic orders. Packages are always transferred from UPS to USPS for final mile delivery. After receiving the package USPS delivers within 3-5 days on average. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and to military base APO/FPO will take additional time.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.


If the goods you receive are defective, broken… but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product or refund you (if you want the refund, you need to send the package back).

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
